He is the founder of the BIBI FERREIRA AWARD, the most prestigious award for professionals and productions of plays and musicals in the city of São Paulo. Founder of the FPTM – Festival Paulista de Teatro Musical  (São Paulo Musical Theater Festival).

He is the owner and creative director of the Marcenaria de Cultura, where he develops cultural projects - plays, shows, musicals and special events - and educational projects all aimed to train and employe professionals.
